For Emulsion Paint

The advantage of Pigmatron PT Powder against Pigment emulsion / liquid are as under:

1. Storage Stability is excellent.
2. Normally it is observed in Pigment emulsion / liquid are dried if the packing is open so it is difficult to redisperse.
3. The particle sizes are finer so more coverage in Pigmatron  PT Powder.
4. Some time on storage the heavy particles are settled and separated in Pigment emulsion / liquid.
5. There is higher Pigment concentration in Pigmatron  PT Powder compared to normal Pigment emulsion / liquid.
6. The logistic cost is very low compared to Pigment emulsion / liquid.

Emulsion Water base Paint :

1. Polymer Emulsion Water base Paint : 1000 gms.
2. Pigmatron PT : X gms. (As per shade Require)
3. Water: 50 gms.

Add Pigmatron PT in Polymer emulsion for paint application with 50 gm. of water with 5-10 minutes stirring.
